Tessa Pfattheicher

As Managing Director at iteratec, Tessa Pfattheicher leads the strategic and hands-on guidance of companies into the age of AI. The trained computer scientist brings years of experience in software development, architecture and management, connecting technical possibilities with the strategic goals and values of organizations.

She has bundled her practical expertise in the book „When is it good enough? – Software Projects in the Age of Generative AI", co-authored with colleagues, which provides companies with concrete approaches to successfully delivering software projects with Generative AI. Most recently, she spoke in the DSV Group Annual Report 2025 about AI transformation in the financial sector.
